The location and private parking were great, plus my room had amazing views of the downtown area.

The room has been recently renovated and has a great view, plus there is a wonderful selection of breakfast items available.

Their rooms are always immaculately clean and functional with hair dryer, comfy beds and WiFi. The breakfast choices are free and wonderful.

the hotel is beautiful with incredible staff in which finally the manager. there is variety of well presented food for breakfast. airy, modern room complete with a bath tub and the shower, as for instance.

The hotel had a great price and beautiful decor. The staff went above and beyond with late checkout and luggage storage. The location was convenient for exploring downtown attractions. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The restaurant accommodated allergies and special requests. a fantastic stay with friendly and professional service.

The room overlooking downtown was neat and silent. The decor was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the central location, a short walk to central downtown and all area attractions. The apartment was just a pleasant stroll away from La Salsa, serving fast food.

The location of Downtown Lights Apartment is perfect for exploring the city, with its close proximity to the 7th street center subway station. It is incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring all that Los Angeles has to offer. Additionally, the apartment offers convenient onsite parking for residents.

The size of the room was huge. It looked like one floor more than a hotel room. But there's a downside to this, and that's that the feeling was very cold. There were no decorations on the walls (some pictures or paintings of the city would look great). The girl in charge of answering the phone of the room service was charming and spoke Spanish. Lorenzo, the old bartender next to the reception desk, gave us the coffees just the way we liked them (warm no hot) a man's charm. The man who was at the hotel door when we arrived also spoke Spanish. Thank you! In short, the best of the Latin employees. The others if you are not bilingual and do not approach.

room actually looks more like a big office than a romantic room. It was my fault because the hotel seems expensive, expensive for having a huge room but I miss other issues in a couple's trip as it was our honeymoon. It is located in an office area near the ring road and traffic is constant. to the detriment of that there are no nearby options for food or drink. Even the Staples Center which is the closest thing and so we stayed there is a 25 minute long walk away. other reason for staying at that hotel was that they have Hertz's office inside the hotel but that was another mistake. They close at 5pm and if you arrive later you have to leave your car all afternoon in the hotel valet parking for $50 or in the public garage across the street for $28. Too bad they don't have a mailbox to leave the car key in, although this is more Hertz's fault than the hotel's.

Immaculately clean and luxurious accommodations with stunning views of the downtown skyline, the spacious king room exceeded expectations, and the attentive staff, including the manager, were exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay in downtown LA. The location was perfect, close to the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Park, as well as great shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and helpful service. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and a beautiful view of the city. We loved the facilities, such as the valet parking and the concierge service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The housekeeping service could have been more attentive to our needs.
